3-Year Limited Warranty

VALINMRU branded chairs are warranted for 3 years from the date of purchase against broken parts. Replacement parts will be sent to the original customer at no charge within within the continental United States. Customer is responsible for assembly.

Warranty Limitations are as follows:

• 3 years on component parts including control mechanism, base, and casters.

• Warranty does not cover wear and tear.

• Warranty does not cover labor, damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration or modification, accident, fire, flood, vandalism, theft, rusting, acts of nature, or any other event beyond the control of VALINMRU. This warranty is not to be construed as an insurance policy.

• Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use.

• All warranties are limited to the original purchaser for normal commercial usage. Normal weight capacities are defined in the product description of the specific chair.

• Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use of this product.
