VALINMRU strives to make returns and refunds straightforward and fair. This policy explains eligibility, timelines, shipping responsibilities, inspection procedures, and how we handle personal data during returns so you can shop with confidence.
Return & Exchange Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date the order is received. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and include any original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories. Returns submitted after 30 days may be declined.

Our support team will provide return instructions, the correct return address, and any required documentation. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Inspection and Eligibility Check
All returned items are inspected when received. If an item shows signs of use, damage, missing parts, or lacks original packaging, we may deny the return or apply a partial refund. If the product is found to be defective or materially different from its description, we will offer a refund or an exchange at no extra cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately and include photos of the item and packaging along with your order number. We will arrange an approved remedy—either a replacement or a full refund—once the issue is verified. There are no return shipping charges for confirmed shipping damage or product defects.
Return Shipping Responsibilities

For returns due to defects or our shipping error, VALINMRU covers return shipping costs.

A 10% restocking fee of the product price will be charged for returns.

For returns made for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, style preference), customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt until the return is processed. VALINMRU is not responsible for items lost in transit when customers choose an untrackable method.
Refund Timing and Method
After we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Refund processing on our side typically takes up to 7 days; the time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. We will notify you by email once the refund has been issued.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled after the returned item passes inspection. Replacement items are shipped once the return is approved. Any price difference between the returned item and replacement (including shipping) will be charged or refunded as applicable. Confirm availability of the replacement item with our support team to avoid delays.
Non-Returnable Items
The following generally cannot be returned or exchanged:

Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a shipment is returned to us because it was refused, incorrectly addressed, or unclaimed, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and any re-shipping fees to resend the order.
Risk During Return Transit
Customers are responsible for safely packaging returned items to avoid damage in transit. Keep tracking information until you receive confirmation that the return has been delivered and inspected.
Verification and Fraud Prevention
To protect customers and VALINMRU from return fraud, we may request additional information such as photos, tracking receipts, or other documentation. Claims that cannot be verified or that conflict with our inspection findings may be denied.
Privacy and Data Use During Returns
We collect only the information necessary to process returns and exchanges (such as order number, name, address, and return details). Data provided for returns is used solely to complete the return, inspect the product, and communicate status updates. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and retained only as needed for record-keeping, legal, or fraud-prevention purposes.
