VALINMRU is committed to providing a simple, fair, and transparent return and refund process. This policy explains eligibility, timeframes, shipping responsibilities, inspection procedures, and how we handle personal data during returns to ensure a worry-free shopping experience.
1. Return & Exchange Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving their order. Eligible items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories. Requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.

3. Inspection of Returned Items
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Items showing signs of use, damage, missing parts, or missing original packaging may be partially refunded or rejected. Products that are defective or significantly different from the description will be eligible for a full refund or exchange at no cost to the customer.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging, along with your order number. Once verified, we will provide a suitable solution—either a replacement or a full refund. Return shipping costs for defective or damaged items will be covered by VALINMRU.
5. Return Shipping Costs and Restocking Fee

Personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, style preference): Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Restocking fee: A reasonable restocking fee of up to 10% of the product price may apply for returns due to personal reasons.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the receipt until the return is processed. VALINMRU is not responsible for items lost in transit if an untrackable method is used.
6. Refunds
Once the returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7 days; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. Customers will be notified by email when the refund is issued.
Important: Any restocking fee (up to 10% of the product price) will be deducted from the refund. The original shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges will be processed after the returned item passes inspection. Replacement items will be shipped once the return is approved. Any difference in price between the returned item and the replacement, including shipping costs for the replacement, will be applied or refunded as appropriate. Please confirm replacement item availability with our customer service team to avoid delays.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

9. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items to prevent damage during transit. Keep shipping and tracking information until your return has been delivered and inspected.

This data is used solely for processing the return, inspecting the product, and communicating return status. Personal information is handled according to our privacy policy and retained only as needed for records, legal compliance, or fraud prevention.
