Overview
VALINMRU aims to deliver orders reliably and with clear communication. This shipping policy explains how we handle order processing, estimated transit times, shipping charges, and common shipping-related questions so you know what to expect from checkout to delivery.

Order Processing
Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During processing we verify order details, pack items, and arrange carrier pickup. When your order ships, we send a confirmation email containing the carrier and tracking number.

Order Cut-off Times
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Areas
At present, VALINMRU ships to addresses within the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses is not available unless explicitly shown at checkout.

Estimated Transit Times
After dispatch, most deliveries arrive within 15-18 business days. Transit windows depend on carrier schedules, the shipping destination, customs processing, and events beyond our control such as severe weather. Tracking information is provided so you can monitor status in real time.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Typical rate structure is:

Our products are shipped through FedEx.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
If customs, import duties, taxes, or other fees apply, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout. VALINMRU does not collect or prepay customs fees for international recipients. Please check local import rules before ordering.

Packaging and Handling
Products are packed with protective materials appropriate for the item’s size and fragility to reduce the risk of damage in transit. We follow standard packing practices but cannot guarantee that transit will be damage-free; please inspect deliveries on arrival.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items
If an item is received damaged or a shipment appears to be lost, contact VALINMRU immediately with your order number and, if possible, photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with the carrier to investigate and help arrange a replacement or refund consistent with our returns policy.

Address Changes and Delivery Instructions
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. If you need to change the address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to update shipment details prior to dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the carrier has taken possession of the parcel. Delivery instructions (e.g., safe place notes) should be provided at checkout when supported.

Carrier Delays and Force Majeure
VALINMRU is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, extreme weather, natural disasters, or other events outside our control. When delays occur, we will provide available tracking updates and support to help locate the shipment.

Privacy and Data Use for Shipping
Shipping and tracking require limited personal data (name, address, phone, email). We share only the necessary information with carriers and service providers to complete delivery. All personal data used for shipping is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
